At Mr. Fence of Pensacola, we use 100% Virgin PVC with 10 ppm Titanium Dioxide, which acts as a “sunscreen” to prevent the product from breaking down, chalking, and discoloring over time.

Our incredible vinyl fence warranty - a promise of excellence
Mr. Fence of Pensacola's PVC fencing and railing products are manufactured with a high content of 10% (10 parts per 100 parts) titanium dioxide (TiO2) and ultraviolet inhibitors, using 100% virgin vinyl. This ensures years of maintenance-free performance. Mr. Fence of Pensacola warrants that the vinyl fence and railing products will not peel, rot, yellow, fade, blister, rust, flake, chip, crack, corrode, or be consumed by termites due to defects in material, manufacturing, or exposure to ocean air (salt spray). Additionally, Mr. Fence of Pensacola warrants that the vinyl products, fabricated using approved methods, are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner(s) of the property where the products were originally installed, under normal and proper use.
For commercial use, the warranty is limited to 30 years. The lifetime warranty is intended for individual homeowners only. If the product is purchased by corporations, partnerships, government agencies, trusts, organizations, condominiums, or cooperative housing arrangements, the warranty period is limited to 30 years from the date of purchase.
If any part or portion of the fence or railing products fails to perform due to manufacturing defects, Mr. Fence of Pensacola warrants to replace the defective materials or refund the purchase price of the defective materials and freight.
Mr. Fence of Pensacola does not warrant against failure or damage to the fence resulting from settlement of the surface or structure on which the products are installed, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), accidental damage or negligence, intentional acts or damage, fire, wind, flood, lightning, or other acts of God, misuse, abuse, improper care, exposure to harmful chemicals, vapors, or acid rain, or surface discoloration due to atmospheric pollution.
Mr. Fence of Pensacola reserves the right to discontinue or modify its products without notice. Additionally, the manufacturer is not liable for changes to its products or offerings, nor for differences in color or gloss of replacement material compared to the original product, according to established weathering standards.
ALL claims under this warranty must be reported in writing to Mr. Fence of Pensacola within thirty (30) days of the date the defect is first discovered or could reasonably have been discovered.
